Each customer has his own needs; we offer a customized approach to your needs Technical support may be delivered through our Support Web Portal, telephone, online through electronic mail, remote desktop access or a combination thereof depending on the nature of the problem.
- Standard Support: Meets all your basic maintenance needs. Your designated staff will have access to our expert support engineers, M-F, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST, with contacts via email and phone. You’ll receive our platform updates and service packs, of course, and software upgrades will be available for purchase.

Some customer may feel overwhelmed by the fast paste with technology changes. For those who may feel that way, we offer a hosting service. Allowing for the use of the solutions based on the per month fees without the trouble of keeping up with a constantly evolving technology environment.
Our turn-key solution offers a subscription to the maintenance plan. The yearly subscription is mandatory and it includes:
